We were just 17, trying to find clothes we actually wanted to wear, but everything being labeled "streetwear" in India felt like the exact same thing.
The whole narrative had somehow shrunk down to just throwing on an oversized t-shirt with a massive graphic printed on the back. Don't get us wrong, graphic tees have their place, but the culture isn't supposed to be limited to just that. It started feeling more like a uniform than actual personal style.
We were looking for something else. To us, good clothing is all about the silhouette—how a piece actually sits, moves, and looks on the body. We wanted that faded, effortless vintage feel, but we wanted it made with heavy, quality fabrics that actually hold up over time.
When we couldn't find clothes that checked all those boxes, we realized we just had to make them ourselves.
That’s how RHUIN was born.
We’re not here to give you a massive sales pitch or act like we are better than everyone else. We're just taking things back to the essentials: good cuts, reliable quality, and fits that actually make sense.
We are just building the wardrobe we always wished we had when we were 17, and hoping to shift the conversation about what Indian streetwear can actually be.
Glad you found us.
